Fatigue-free work meets the highest precision.
Our torque supports and what makes them unique.
With ease.
Greater productivity, greater precision: ec-tubes reduce the workload on workers and absorb tool weight and reaction forces—while maintaining the same level of flexibility.
Why ec-tubes?
ec-tubes reduce the strain on the operator during screwdriving and ensure that screwdrivers can be guided easily, safely, and precisely, even at high torque levels. By balancing the forces between the tool and the operator, reaction torques are absorbed, making operation more ergonomic and allowing assembly processes to be designed more efficiently.
- Less strain on the worker
- Safe handling at high torque levels
- Greater Precision in Screw Assembly
- More productive and ergonomic assembly
- Less Fatigue in Everyday Work Life
- Customizable to meet individual customer requirements

Examples of Our Custom Solutions
One option for a horizontal bolted connection. Clearly visible at the top: the balancers.
An L-shaped design for a horizontal screw-driving application requiring higher torque.
An injector screwdriver equipped with multiple cameras. The screwdriver recognizes and records the respective components and screwdriving scenarios.
Another option for horizontal bolting. Here, the ec-Grib – our special handles – ensure easy and ergonomic handling.
A multi-spindle machine with varying pitch, which changes depending on the screw application.
Do you have any questions?
We have the answers.
What are the benefits of ec-tubes in everyday work?
The biggest advantage is that it reduces strain on the user without limiting mobility during the work process. The tool can be guided more safely, fatigue is reduced, and the screw connection remains precise even over extended periods. This is particularly important in mass production, because ergonomic stress affects not only health but also quality, productivity, and process stability.
For which torque ranges are ec-tubes suitable?
The CARBON series is designed for applications up to 800 Nm. The STAHL series is designed for very high loads and covers applications up to 2000 Nm. However, we also cover a wide range of customer-specific torque requirements—please feel free to contact us for custom solutions.
What is the difference between ec-tubes CARBON and ec-tubes STEEL?
The CARBON version is particularly easy to handle, can be rotated 360°, and is also very sturdy. Its special design prevents the metal sleeves from being pulled out, which extends its service life. The STEEL version is designed to withstand extreme forces, is versatile, and is also suitable for particularly demanding applications, such as in heavy-duty assembly environments.
Can ec-tubes be adapted to existing tools and workstations?
Yes. ec-tubes can be customized to meet specific requirements at no extra cost. In addition, the screwdriving and control systems we offer are designed for integration into existing production environments, allowing ec-tubes to be seamlessly incorporated into existing workstations and processes.
Are ec-tubes intended only for standard applications?
No. They are also suitable for custom solutions when workstations, processes, or tools have specific requirements. The goal is always to design the workstation in a way that reduces the workload on employees, shortens production times, and improves both efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
What about training and support after implementation?
The complete package includes not only the technical solution itself, but also ongoing operational support. This includes a service hotline, remote maintenance, and user and product training sessions that cover the proper use of the screwdriving system, system optimization, and the programming of work steps.
For which companies is ec-tecs the right partner?
For companies that want more than just a single assembly line. If you’re looking for process reliability, documented quality, ergonomic workstations, flexible integration, and a single point of contact for the entire solution, you’ve come to the right place. That’s why ec-tecs is particularly well-suited for companies with complex assembly processes, increasing quality demands, or the goal of professionalizing their existing processes—either gradually or completely.
